with maximum exposure and advertising within our exclusive plans. Expert Realty
spends approximately $5 million dollars in advertising in the greater tri-county
area which creates a tremendous volume of buyers looking at Expert Realty exclusives.
As a customer focused company, we believe our sellers deserve the best and should
pay what we believe to be a very fair commission of 2.5%. This enables our customers
to achieve
a great price for homes and lets them keep
their hard-earned home equity.
